overview
At Learning That Fits, we want you to feel confident purchasing our resources.
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, refunds are limited – but your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always protected.
change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once:
- access has been granted, or
- the resource has been downloaded
- This is standard for digital products.
When You Are Entitled to a Refund
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a resource:
- is not as described
- has a major fault
- is not fit for its intended purpose
- A major issue might include:
- you cannot access the resource at all
- files or pages are missing or unusable
- the content is significantly different from what was advertised
-
For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For minor issues, we may choose to fix the problem within a reasonable time.
minor issues
If something small isn’t working (for example, a broken link or formatting issue), we will:
- fix the problem, or
- provide an updated version
Access & Platform Issues (Notion-specific)
If you cannot access your resource:
- contact us first – most issues can be fixed quickly
- Please note:
- issues caused by incorrect email entry or account access problems are not grounds for a refund
- however, we will assist where reasonably possible to restore access
timeframe
- We ask that you contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience an issue.
- This allows us to resolve problems quickly.
- However, this does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may still be entitled to a remedy after this period if the issue is a major failure.
