All products are digital educational resources designed for flexible, home-based or independent learning.
- When you purchase a resource, you are granted:
- a non-transferable, personal licence
- for personal or household use only
- You may:
- use the resource with your own child/learner(s)
- print or duplicate for personal use within your household
- You may not:
- share, resell, or distribute resources publicly
- upload resources to shared drives, websites, or platforms
- use resources for commercial teaching or group programs without permission
Access & Delivery
- products are delivered digitally (via download or shared access platform such as Notion or Google Drive)
- access is typically provided shortly after purchase
- it is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure access to required platforms
- access may depend on third-party platforms. While we are not responsible for outages or technical issues relating to those platforms, we will assist where reasonably possible to restore access.
Intellectual Property
All content remains the intellectual property of Learning That Fits.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- lesson materials
- frameworks (e.g. Pathfinder structure)
- design elements and branding
- Unauthorised use or distribution may result in removal of access and further action.
Copyright & Licence
All resources are protected by copyright and are licensed, not sold.
When you purchase a resource, you are granted a limited, personal licence to use the material for your own household.
- This licence:
- is non-transferable
- cannot be shared with others outside your household
- does not allow reproduction, distribution, or resale
- You may not:
- copy or adapt materials for wider distribution
- upload content to shared platforms, drives, or websites
- remove branding or claim the work as your own
- Any unauthorised use may result in removal of access and further action.
acceptable use
You agree to use our resources and platforms in a fair and reasonable way.
- You must not:
- share access links, login details, or duplicated content with others
- upload or distribute resources in shared or public environments
- use the resources for commercial teaching, tutoring, or group programs without permission
- attempt to copy, extract, or recreate the materials for redistribution
- We reserve the right to reasonably:
- remove or suspend access if misuse is detected
- restrict future purchases where terms are breached
User Responsibility
- You agree to:
- use resources in a way that is appropriate for your learner’s age and needs
- supervise use where required
- ensure any platform access (e.g. Google account) is managed safely

Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Learning That Fits is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- technical access issues outside our control
- Where a consumer guarantee applies and the failure does not amount to a major failure, our liability is limited (at our option) to:
- replacing the resource, or
- providing access again
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
